Ok, some people do not know how to be decent. One such example of this I find is some people's blatant disregard for other peoples feelings. When you are on a team in a school and there is only one team, i feel that it is all varsity and that if you play in some of the games....you should get a letter because you put in the effort to the team the whole time through practices and being at games. However some people feel that it is ok to let certain players go to banquets and not give them a varsity letter with no prior warning so they are sitting there feeling like absolute and complete fools. It is just such a wrong thing to do. If that was me, i would cry....absolutely break down and cry. Something that i have dedicated my past 2-3 months on and I dont even get any credit for it? absolutely not. That would be my last year on the team. And although this may seem a little harsh i just feel like it would have been common decency to let these girls know before that they were not getting a letter so they wouldnt get their hopes up. And....they wouldnt of had to sit through about a 3 hour banquet for no reason, to not even be recognized....it just wasnt fair.
